More Castlevania information flows in!

The Dragon Returns!

Poor quality due to copying.
At the end of Castlevania Lords of Shadow we hear Gabriel Belmont the main protagonist talking to himself as a Dragon, Dracul. Eu Sunt Dracul. It could mean Dracula, but the more important part of this information is the recently revealed Konami website The Dragon Returns. From this site one can see blue candles sparkling against a red door covered in a golden design of a Dragon. Two angels are also seen parallel on the side of the door. The legs of the angels are being wrapped by snakes, similar to statues seen, again, at the end of Lords of Shadow. Is this the signaled sequel to Castlevania's newest line of on-going games?
A recent cover photo unveiled by the Castlevania and Castlevania Lords of Shadow Facebook pages (seen above) dictates the setting of a Castle beneath the moon. The landscapes has art similar to what we've seen from the setting in Lords of Shadow. But...Perhaps what I personally find the most interesting is a message that is hidden within the Source coding of the website. It says "<meta property="og:description" content="Dare you face the evil darkness? It is written that the creatures behind that door will return very soon to claim the souls of your loved ones, and send you straight to hell! Be aware!"/>".
The Facebook pages cover photo.
This is probably the most important clue and hint at the possible sequel to the 2010 game. It could be inferred that the creatures behind the door as Satan's Acolytes, which were spoken of at the True Ending cutscene. Perhaps it's an in the middle story where the door is opened, the creatures rummage and a new hero is set to stand? Perhaps it's Gabriel trying to avoid the spotlight? But what we do know, is something from Hell is releasing and is planning to take the souls of the living. This fits extremely tight into the pants of the Lords of Shadow story. On the website it has the date of May 31st 2012, only time will tell what happens when the door is opened...
